Read estimate and rescheduling terms
On-site estimates require advance payment. Estimate fees are nonrefundable when a customer cancels, misses an appointment or chooses not to proceed with the quoted work, except where a refund is legally required or the company cannot provide the paid estimate.
With at least 24 hours' notice, customers may reschedule without an additional fee, subject to availability. We encourage 48 hours' notice. For late cancellations, missed appointments or lack of property access when our team arrives, the customer must complete a rescheduled estimate within 14 calendar days of the original appointment date. After that, the original fee is forfeited and a new fee is required. If the company must reschedule, the customer is not penalized.
100% of the paid estimate fee is credited to the corresponding project when the customer hires us for the quoted work.
